Dr. Craig S. Aaron

Dr. Craig S. Aaron is a magna cum laude graduate of the Life University School of Chiropractic.  He is a holistic sports chiropractor and applied kinesiologist who holds certifications in sports extremity management and acupuncture meridian dynamics.  He cares for local high school and college athletes as well as members of the National Football League, Senior Men's Professional Golf Association, International Federation of Bodybuilders and World Wrestling Entertainment.

Dr. Aaron is a certified yoga instructor who studied Ayurveda and Yoga with Yoga Master David Swenson, the Ayurvedic Institute and the Atlanta Yoga Fellowship.  He and his wife Jennifer, have been the Yoga trainers for Georgia Tech's basketball and tennis teams, members of the Senior PGA tour, Association of Tennis Professionals, NBA, NFL and World Wrestling Entertainment.

Dr. Aaron is the developer and producer of the video, Dr. Craig Aaron's "Extreme Yoga for the Warrior Athlete", a fun and action packed program which focuses on functional training for peak athletic performance.

Dr. Aaron is a quoted contributor to the Awakened Athlete section of "Yoga Journal", (October 2002 edition).

Dr. Aaron was recognized by "Atlanta City Magazine" as one of the top holistic chiropractors in Atlanta, (January 1999 edition).

Dr. Aaron and his client: professional wrestler and former WCW heavyweight champion, Diamond Dallas Page, are both acknowledged contributors to John Capouya's, "Real Men Do Yoga".  Aaron and Page have teamed up to create, "Yoga for the Regular Guy", a funny and informative healthy lifestyle program, soon to be available in book and DVD format.

Dr. Aaron was quoted contributor to "Alternative Medicine Magazine's" article, "Yoga for Dudes" (Sept. 2004 Edition)

 

Jennifer Aaron

Jennifer is a native of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.  She is an Aesthetician who specializes in holistic facial skin care, fitness enthusiast, and yoga instructor.

Jennifer was active from a early age.  At age three she started to dance.  She danced until she was 20 years old.  In school she was a cross country runner, and participated in a weight training course.  This is when Jennifer really became conscious of health and fitness.

Jennifer started practicing yoga after she was introduced to Ashtanga Vinyasa by her husband, Dr. Craig Aaron.  She fell in love with how she felt after classes, feeling a sense of renewed vigor in mind and body.  Coming from an athletic background, she enjoyed the physical challenges that Hatha yoga offered along with increased flexibility and a calmer mind.

Jennifer is entering her 10th year of practice in this ancient healing art form.  She was certified by one of the country's most renown yoga teachers, David Swenson.

Jennifer teaches in many yoga studios and fitness centers in the Atlanta area.  She and her husband have been hired as performance consultants for many local athletic teams: such as; Georgia Tech basketball, football, golf, men's and women's basketball, tennis, East Cobb baseball teams. 

Jennifer, as a hobby, also works as a volunteer for Homeless Pets and is in an 80's tribute band Iron Mullet.

Jennifer and her husband have released a yoga video, Dr. Craig Aaron's "Extreme Yoga for the Warrior Athlete".  The video is designed to help anyone at any age improve on their yoga practice!

 

Joey McGlamory

Joey has been in the alternative health care field for over ten years.  He offers many modalities to his holistic practice: Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Post Rehab Conditioning Therapy,. Zen Shiatsu Stretching Therapy, Hand and Foot Reflexology, Rehab and Personal Training.

Joey is currently working towards his degree as a Doctor of Naturopathy.  He will utilize this degree along with his other modalities to teach and show people preventative ways through proper nutrition and exercise how to achieve optimal health.

Joey's motto is: Live Longer, Look Younger, Feel Better, But Above All Be Healthy!!
