 Dr. Aaron is a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner and Applied Kinesiologist physician that specializes in holistic solutions to sports injuries of the shoulders, elbows, knees, feet and small joints of the body. Dr. Aaron also uses the principles of Ayurvedic Medicine, Meridian Dynamics, assisted yoga stretching and the Chiropractic Biophysics technique to restore posture and maximize the healing potential of each and every patient for which he cares.

A former college football player and personal trainer at the famous Fountainbleau Hotel Spa in Miami Beach, Dr. Aaron has worked with both active and former professional football, basketball, tennis, wrestling, golf, and mountain bike racing athletes.

What is a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner (C.C.E.P.)

A Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner is a doctor who has taken a minimum of 100 hours of course work, passed eight written exams and a final practical exam in the advanced chiropractic treatment of the collarbones, ribs, shoulders, elbows, wrists, fingers, jaws, hips, knees, ankles and feet.

A C.C.E.P. is a doctor who uses manual muscle testing in order to find weakness, malfunction and/or misalignments of the non-spinal joints of the body. The different treatments rendered might be specific chiropractic adjustments of the involved extremity, supportive taping of an injured joint, or soft tissue mobilization of the muscles surrounding the compromised extremity.

Dr. Aaron became a C.C.E.P. because he enjoys specializing in the treatment of athletes and focuses on the treatment of sports injuries both on and off the field.

The Chiropractic Biophysics or CBP technique is one of the most heavily researched and scientifically sound chiropractic techniques available. It is based on correcting a person’s postural deviations utilizing specific chiropractic adjustments, stretching, mirror image corrective exercises and spinal traction. This global method of treatment is used in order to correct posture, remove nerve interference, maximize lung capacity and positively affect a patient’s overall health. It was the Chiropractic Biophysics technique that made the most profound difference in Dr. Aaron’s life as both Dr. and patient.

Dr. Aaron uses CBP as his foundation for the analysis and correction of any biomechanical and/or postural problems. He finds it incredibly effective for those patients who have suffered any type of trauma, from whiplash accidents to contact sport injuries. Dr. Aaron also uses CBP postural exercises and cervical traction techniques when treating patients with scoliosis as well as those who have de-conditioned their bodies by spending too many hours at a computer desk.
